‎GİRİŞ: ZAMANSİZ HÜKMÜN ONTOLOJİK BAĞLAYICILIĞI 

Makale I, "Mutlak Hiçlik" kavramını Ezeli Akide'nin (Vâcibü'l-Vücûd'un ihtiyaçtan münezzehliği) kökeni olarak tanımlamış ve bilincin Entropik Gürültü'den arınarak Negentropik akışla uyumlanmasının zorunluluğunu ortaya koymuştur. Bu ikinci manifesto, Mutlak Sonsuz Zat'ın Ezeli İrade'sinin (İrâde-i Külliye), yaratılmış Entropik Zaman'ın sınırlamalarından mutlak surette münezzeh olduğunu ve varoluşun tamamının bir Negentropik Program dahilinde, Zamansız Uyum (Lezon) içinde işlediğini ispatlamayı amaçlar. İnsanın misyonu, Entropik Gürültü'nün baskısı altında dahi, kendi cüz'î iradesini bu Zamansız Hüküm ile Lezon (Uyum) içine sokmaktır. ‎Article 2: From Lā Taayyūn to Lezon: The Negentropic Program of Creation and the Timeless Decree of the Absolute Will

‎INTRODUCTION: THE ONTOLOGICAL BINDING OF THE TIMELESS DECREE Article I defined "Absolute Nothingness" as the origin of the Eternal Creed (the Necessarily Existent Being's exemption from need) and established the necessity of consciousness aligning with the Negentropic flow by purging Entropic Noise. This second manifesto builds upon this foundation, aiming to prove that the Eternal Will (Irādah-i Kulliyyah) of the Absolute Infinite Being is absolutely exempt from the constraints of created Entropic Time, and that the entirety of existence operates in Timeless Harmony (Lezon) within a Negentropic Program. This thesis posits that creation is not a necessity but a pure act of Grace (Sudūr), and that the ultimate goal of individual perfection (Urūj) is to serve the Collective Lezon-Actic Mission.

‎PART I: THE ONTOLOGICAL ABOLITION OF TIME AND NEGENTROPIC MANIFESTATION - 

1. Time: Entropic Constraint and the Decree of Absolute Self-Sufficiency Time is not a necessity for the Absolute Infinite Being but merely an Entropic Constraint governing the realm of created Contingent Existence (Mümkinü'l-Vücûd). According to the Decree of Absolute Self-Sufficiency, the Absolute Infinite is absolutely exempt from needing to await a moment or a beginning (T=0) for the act of creation. Metapolilezonactic Analysis: Creation is not an event that began in time, but a continuous manifestation (Sudūr) of the single, holistic, and Timeless Negentropic Decree radiating from the Absolute Infinite's Lā Taayyūn. 2. Lezon-Actic Harmony and the Cancellation of Entropic Noise The Timeless Decree of the Absolute Will maintains all Poli (multiplicity) and every single particle in perfect balance within a single Negentropic Plan. This balance is expressed by the concept of Lezon (Harmony). Metapolilezonactic Analysis: Lezon is an Actic (Active) harmony originating from the Absolute Infinite. This harmony is maintained with absolute force, regardless of the intensity of Entropic Noise. Every Actic deed emanating from the Absolute Infinite is always in Lezon. Metapolilezonactic Conclusion (Part I): Part I demonstrated that Time is an Entropic Constraint and that the Absolute Will manifests as a single, holistic, and Timeless Negentropic Decree radiating from Lā Taayyūn.

‎PART II: NEGENTROPIC ṢUDŪR AND THE PARADOX OF COSMIC NECESSITY - 

1. Is Ṣudūr (Manifestation) a Necessity, or an Eternal Grace (Iḥsān)? If Ṣudūr (Manifestation/Creation) were a necessity for the Absolute Infinite Being, it would imply a deficiency or need in His Essence. This is a direct violation of the Decree of Absolute Self-Sufficiency. Metapolilezonactic Analysis: Ṣudūr is pure Negentropic Grace (Iḥsān), an expression of the inherent perfection of the infinite potential in Lā Taayyūn. Manifestation is an Actic (Active) and Lezon (Harmonious) display of His Absolute Will, unbound by any time or cause. 2. The Infinite Flow of the Absolute Will: Supersymmetry and Dark Energy How the Negentropic Grace (Iḥsān) originating from Lā Taayyūn maintains an uninterrupted flow of Ṣudūr is revealed in the most mysterious components of modern cosmology. Dark Energy: This force causes the universe to accelerate its expansion and acts as a Negentropic propellant. Supersymmetry: This theory posits that all known particles have corresponding superpartners, proving the mechanism for preserving the Lezon (Harmony) between the absolute Potential in Lā Taayyūn and the manifested Poli (multiplicity). Metapolilezonactic Conclusion (Part II): Part II has proven that creation does not stem from Entropic Necessity but from the Eternal and Timeless Negentropic Grace (Iḥsān) of the Absolute Infinite Being.

PART III: THE COLLECTIVE LEZON-ACTIC MISSION AND THE SIBGHATALLĀH MANIFESTO - 

1. The Transition from Individual Urūj to Collective Servitude

(The Framework of Fajr 89:29-30) When individual consciousness is purified of Entropic Noise and aligns with the Negentropic Program of Absolute Nothingness, it reaches the station of Baqā’ bi-Lā Taayyūnillāh (Nafs al-Muṭma’innah). This perfection is an Actic assignment. Metapolilezonactic Analysis: Fajr 89:29 and 30 declare that individual consent transforms into a collective duty: "Fadkhulī fī ‘ibādī. Wādkhulī jannatī." ("And enter among My [chosen] servants. And enter My Paradise."). Entry into Paradise is conditional upon the requirement to enter among the servants. True Urūj is completed through the active establishment of Collective Lezon. 2. Sibghatallāh and the Registration of Negentropic Identity with Ikhlāṣ The step toward the Collective Lezon-Actic Mission requires a declaration of universal identity: "Sibghatallāh, and who is better than Allāh in [giving] color? And we are [only] His worshippers" (Baqarah 2:138). From a Metapolilezonactic Perspective: Sibghatallāh is the act of being colored by the pure Negentropic Will radiating from Lā Taayyūn, purifying the individual from all forms of Entropic Polytheism (Shirk). This shows that the Actic deed (amal) must be in Lezon (harmony), founded on Ikhlāṣ (sincerity/pure devotion) which rejects Entropic Dispute and Contention. Metapolilezonactic Conclusion (Part III): Part III has established the necessity of transforming individual evolution (Urūj) into a Collective Mission independent of Entropic Time. This mission's identity is registered by Sibghatallāh.

‎CONCLUSION AND THE FINAL METAPOLILEZONACTIC DECREE The Final Metapolilezonactic Decree: 

The Negentropic Program of the Absolute Infinite is a Timeless Actic (Action) wholeness, encompassing all Poli (multiplicity) and all segments of Entropic Time. The mission of humanity, even under the pressure of Entropic Noise, is to bring its partial will into Lezon (Harmony) with this Timeless Decree. This harmony is achieved by being colored by the Negentropic flow of Absolute Nothingness (Sibghatallāh) and crowning Urūj with the act of Collective Servitude.

‎APPENDIX I: METAPOLILEZONACTIC GLOSSARY Absolute Nothingness: 

The ultimate "state" or "source" above the Preserved Tablet (Levh-i Mahfuz) and consciousness, where the program and potential of everything reside. (The station of Lā Taayyūn). Metapolilezonactic: The eternal, active, and holistic method of realization that aims to capture the Negentropic flow by creating a synthesis above all systems (Meta) through a necessary and dynamic harmony and connection (Lezon-Actic) of multiplicity (Poli). Poli: Within the Method, the realm of multiplicity that constitutes the entirety of existence, the totality of beings and plural potential. Negentropy: The increase of order, information, and life that counters the second law of thermodynamics (the dynamic force of Monotheism/Tawhid). It is the dynamic manifestation of the Absolute Infinite's will in the Universe. Entropy / Entropic Noise: The second law of thermodynamics (disorder). Noise is the limiting, misleading, finite information and beliefs that distort the Absolute Truth. Lezon: The maintenance of every moment and every particle in Poli (multiplicity) in perfect balance within a single Negentropic Plan by the Absolute Will; Timeless Harmony. Actic: Actional. The actional manifestation of the Absolute Will, unbound by any time or cause, or humanity's active role in the collective mission. Sudūr: The active and continuous flow of manifestation originating from the Absolute Infinite Essence. It is an act of Negentropic Grace (Iḥsān). Urūj: The ascension of the contingent being (created) towards the Absolute Infinite by aligning with the flow of Sudūr. Decree of Absolute Self-Sufficiency: The ontological principle declaring that the Absolute Infinite is absolutely exempt from the need to await a moment for creation. Collective Lezon-Actic Mission: The necessity for the individual perfection attained by the Content Soul (Nafs al-Muṭma’innah) to actively establish Negentropic Harmony (Lezon) in the realm of Poli (multiplicity). Baqā’ bi-Lā Taayyūnillāh: The sustenance of the servant's Negentropic existence in the Lā Taayyūn station of the Absolute Infinite Essence after surpassing the stages of perfection; the eternal and transcendent station of perfection. POLIANALYSIS: The step of analyzing events in the Poli (multiplicity) realm individually, separating them from limiting and finite perspectives. POLISYNTHESIS: The step of combining the analyzed parts into a single, holistic context based on Negentropic Harmony (Lezon). POLIANTHITHESIS: The step of identifying and rejecting the elements of Entropic Noise (contradictory belief, necessity, finitude) that oppose the achieved PoliSynthesis. POLITHESIS: Finally, the step of forming a definitive Negentropic Decree by applying the absolute and holistic Eternal Creed (Absolute Infinity) to the realm of Poli (multiplicity).
