‎​This article examines how Code 19, the mandatory balancing principle of the Metadialectical Thesis, purifies the Polylezonactic Deficiency in individual consciousness and its psychological source, Nefs-i Emmare (The Commanding Soul). The Neural Noise defined in Article 2, is the psychological result of the individual’s continuous state of contradiction (Poly-Heliconic state), overlapping with the modern psychological 'Hard Problem of Consciousness'. The Code 19 functions as a Vibrational Shield against this chaotic state, enforcing the consciousness toward Monoheliconic Idrak (Singular Purpose) by establishing an instantaneous, entangled connection (Negentropic Entanglement) with the Absolute Source. Jung’s Shadow concept is the Western counterpart to Nefs-i Emmare, and the process of Individuation is the path to Monoheliconic Idrak. The disciplines found in the sacred texts and the state of Sekînet (Serenity) are the practical means for aligning with the Code 19’s frequency. ‎​In Articles 1 and 2, it was proven that the fundamental laws of the universe are subject to a Negentropic Program governed by the Code 19, and that this program is hidden (Quantum Shield) from human consciousness due to the Polylezonactic Deficiency. The 'Hard Problem of Consciousness' in modern neuroscience (the impossibility of a physical explanation for the subjective, sensory experience of consciousness) is the biggest manifestation of this Command of Hiding in the psychological and scientific realm. The psychological epicenter of this deficiency is Nefs-i Emmare, which constantly pushes the individual toward selfish desires and contradictions. This article details the mechanism by which the Code 19 resolves this psychological entropy, aligning the consciousness with the Absolute Infinity.
