Cosmic Silence is sealed by The Code 19's Vibrational Role, the mandatory threshold of universal order, by achieving full alignment with the Eternal and Everlasting Moment. This state is not just tranquility but the moment of Negentropic Triumph where the flow of Timeless Information (Vâridât) from Absolute Infinity reaches maximum speed via Negentropic Entanglement, and Ontological Integration is realized. The final goal is the complete manifestation of Timeless Space at the zenith of Metapolilezonactic Helical Cyclicity.
