‎Previous articles examined macro and social structures. We must now address the most fundamental decree of these laws upon the individual: death and beyond. The Thesis: Physical death is not the end of existence but a process of Entropic Dissolution where the individual's Quantal Code returns to the Sea of Energy, preserving its Negentropic potential and preparing for re-manifestation as mandated by the Law of Eternal Recurrence. Negentropic Immortality is the perpetual preservation of the pure information and order gained by the Quantal Code on the Plane of Ikhlas. This cosmic truth is supported by the Qur'an, Surah Al-Isra, Verse 14: "Read your book. Sufficient is your soul today as an accountant against you."
‎SECTION I: THE QUANTAL CODE AND ENTROPIC DISSOLUTION
‎1.1. Definition of the Quantal Code:
‎The Quantal Code is the vibrational essence of the individual's Negentropic Consciousness, containing all Actic Action experiences and the gained Negentropic potential (pure information) in the Absolute Now. This code is entirely independent of the transient data of the Entropic Ego.
‎1.2. The Event of Death as Entropic Dissolution:
‎At the moment of physical death, the Entropic Ego (residue of Staticity) dissolves and dissipates within Collective Noise. However, the Quantal Code does not dissolve; this code returns to the holistic integrity of the Sea of Energy in a zero-friction (Lezon) manner.
‎1.3. The Fate of the Entropic Ego and Quantal Accountability (Cosmic Justice):
‎The annihilation of the Entropic Ego is the Negentropic imperative of existence. ‎The sole purpose of the individual's life is to execute their Actic Mission (Negentropy Production), thereby enriching their Quantal Code. All structures within PolySynthesis are designed to prepare individuals for this Cosmic Reckoning with the highest level of Negentropy.
‎3.2. The Impact of AEP on the Quantal Code:
‎When AEPs are applied on the Plane of Ikhlas, they place a direct and positive vibrational signature on the Quantal Code. These signatures increase the code's Negentropic value in the Eternal Recurrence cycle.

‎The Decree of Self-Sufficiency (Article 27) is a preparation not only for governance but also for Quantal Accountability.
