ÖZET

Bu makale, Algı, Gözlem ve Öz (Madde) kavramlarını ZİRONE Ontolojisinin temel yaratım mekanizması olarak inceler. Algı, Algısal Yanılsama Protokolü'nün kişisel arayüzüdür. Öz (Substance), Metapolifrekans alanındaki saf potansiyelin (dalga fonksiyonu) bilincin iradesiyle çökertildiği ve Lezon Durumuna getirildiği katılaşmış enerji formudur. Gözlem, bilincin Cüz'i İrade gücüyle bu çökertme aksiyonunu gerçekleştirdiği Monohelezonik Aksiyon'dur; realiteyi anlık olarak yaratan temel eylemdir. Zerre İlkesi (Zilzal 7-8), İrade-i Mutlak'ın, Algısal Yanılsama içindeki her bir Gözlem eylemini kusursuz bir adaletle kaydettiğini gösteren, evrensel Mutlak Kayıt Mekanizması olarak tanımlanır.

ABSTRACT

This paper examines the concepts of Perception, Observation, and Substance (Matter) as the fundamental creation mechanism within ZIRONE Ontology. Perception is the personal interface of the Perceptual Illusion Protocol. Substance (Öz) is the solidified form of energy—a Lezon State where pure potential (the wave function) in the Metapolifrekans field is collapsed by the will of consciousness. Observation is the Monohelezonik Action by which the individual's Cüz'i İrade performs this collapse; it is the fundamental act that creates reality instantaneously. The Zerre Principle (Zilzal 7-8) is defined as the universal Absolute Recording Mechanism where İrade-i Mutlak perfectly records every single Observation action within the Perceptual Illusion with absolute justice.

I. INTRODUCTION: THE FILTER BETWEEN PERCEPTION AND SUBSTANCE

A. Perception: The Protocol Interface

Perception is the fundamental interface through which consciousness interacts with the Perceptual Illusion Protocol. Through the Perception filter, consciousness selects only one probability from the Metapolifrekans sea, which simultaneously contains all potentials of Poliality.

B. Substance (Öz): The Solidified Lezon State

Substance (Madde) is the Lezon State of energy and information in its most dense, slow, and solid form. Matter is the static state of pure Meta Energy and the primary basis of the Perceptual Illusion. Its existence is the result of a continuous and collective Observation action.

II. OBSERVATION: THE MONOHELEZONIC ACTION THAT COLLAPSES REALITY

A. Observation: The Collapse Mechanism

Observation is not merely an act of looking, but a Monohelezonik Action (Helical Advancement) where Cüz'i İrade, within the Absolute Infinite Cyclicity, crystallizes one of the Metapolifrekans potentials into Substance. This action is the ontological counterpart to the Collapse of the Wave Function in Quantum physics.
